Shipping policy

All products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States and partner warehouses abroad. Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence.

United States: 5-8 business days

Europe and Asia: 5-9 business days

Rest of the world: 5-12 business days

Some remote areas may take a little longer, but we will deliver them to you!

The indicated delivery dates are estimates calculated from the order's shipping date, not taking into account the processing time.

Deliveries may take longer than expected due to incorrect delivery addresses, bad weather conditions, strict customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstance.

It is recommended to provide a phone number at payment to avoid any delays if our carriers encounter problems during delivery.

We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment processing, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at payment. Once the order confirmation email has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the other. We do this so you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will receive two or more tracking numbers.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Soakla will not be responsible for replacing products if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at soufianefit1@gmail.com. 
In case a package is returned to us due to an incomplete shipping address, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you require re-delivery, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fee.
